- Invest: Kittle Capital Partners is patient, disciplined, and rigorous when making investments. Only select companies will meet our criteria. Once acquired, we plan to invest in acquired companies.
- Honor: Kittle Capital Partners respects and honors the founder's legacy of portfolio companies.
- Develop: Kittle Capital Partners actively develops team members of portfolio companies, providing opportunity, challenge, and career growth.
- Grow: Kittle Capital Partners implements organic growth initiatives and additional acquisitions to expand portfolio and platform companies.

Jeffrey L. Kittle
Jeff Kittle is the Owner and President of Kittle Property Group, Sanctuary Insurance Company, and Kittle Capital Markets, owning and operating 18,000 apartment homes, 6,000 self-storage units, and 170 properties across 20 states. With over 25 years of experience in finance, insurance, and housing, Jeff's leadership has earned Kittle Property Group recognition as a top employer, developer, and owner in the industry.
A graduate of Indiana University with an MBA in Finance, Jeff also holds executive certifications from Harvard Business School and FINRA series 7, 24, and 63 securities licenses. He is actively involved in industry organizations and community boards, balancing his professional accomplishments with his commitment to family and community in Indianapolis.

Bradley Buehler
Brad Buehler is an accomplished global executive with a proven track record in scaling specialty chemical businesses, including those regulated by the FDA and EPA. He has held senior leadership roles at major companies like Amoco, ICI, Eastman Chemical, Koch Industries, Corbion, and Vertellus, where he drove strategic growth initiatives.
Brad led global businesses ranging from $60 million to $450 million. At Vertellus, he successfully acquired and integrated businesses and navigated the global Zika crisis by doubling plant capacity in record time. His leadership spans commercial, R&D, and operational functions, consistently driving profitability and innovation.
Brad has driven organizational and community impact through his service on corporate and nonprofit boards.
Brad, a resident of Southwest Florida, holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Northern Illinois University.
